2008 Enhancements
We have just introduced our new CRM system which is fully integrated into Vintner. This is FOC to existing customers.
The new Web Services module provides the facility to connect your website to the Vintner database. Data for live stock etc can be displayed and orders can be placed and automatically inserted into Vintner with optional Credit Card processing and confirmation email.
We have added a Customer Enquiry section to the existing B2B web module allowing customers to check their accounts, view the status of outstanding orders and monitor any paid or unpaid reserves which they hold.
We recently issued a new mailing suite. This is based around a new tool that enables the user to select customers from their list by any of the 100 + criteria fields on the customer record and/or by sales of any product or product group range and any sales criteria.
For example you can select all retail customers in Southern England who purchased a white burgundy en-primeur between the 17th of May and 10th of June last year or who purchased any white burgundy in the last six months. There is a range of 12 major combinations each with up to twenty sub ranges. Best of all: It is exceptionally easy to use and as it is part of the master module it comes FREE!
